Theresa Burch graduated from USU with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She has five years of experience working in education. She is presently working with InTech as an AmeriCorps VISTA member. She is the webmaster and newsletter designer for the high school. She plans to start a Master's of Education program next year.

Theresa enjoys many outdoor activities, including hiking, camping, dirtbiking, and snowboarding. She is married to pyrotechnician/pilot Ryan Burch. They are the proud parents of their son Jackson Dean, born October 2007.
