JaDean Frehner graduated from Utah State University in 1995 with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. She has several years' experience working in education. She believes that quality public education is one of the great American principles and is excited to be working with the charter high school. She is currently working on a Master's degree in Instructional Technology.

She enjoys reading, gardening, sewing, the leisurely pursuit of nature, and spending time with her husband, artist Greg Frehner, and their two children.
